A bank can only offer you what that bank sells. Lenders differ enormously in how they treat overtime, bonuses, casual work and self-employment - so which lender you approach often matters more than the advertised rate.
No broker has every lender in Australia, and anyone claiming otherwise is stretching it. Some lenders only deal direct. If one of those genuinely suits you better, we'll tell you.
